How do you download music onto an MP3 player? Do you download it to your PC first, then to the MP3?

What are the steps once you have downloaded the music onto your PC?
Also, how do you download music from the CD player on your laptop onto the MP3?

My favorite is http://www.ez-tracks.com – all songs can be downloaded for free and it has great diversity. Also everything is completely compatible. After you download your songs, put them on the Mp3 using a USB cable.

  1. You need the program Windows Media Player

    1.) Open WMP and click library at top.
    2.) Click add to library then click "Add File or Playlist"
    3.) Find the file and double click on it.
    4.) Plug in your mp3 player.
    5.) Drag the song in your library to your mp3 on the side.
    6.) Click Sync

    and about your cd question:

    1.) Insert your cd into computer with WMP open.
    2.) Click on RIP on top
    3.) Then click start RIP.

    Then repeat steps 4 – 6 above
