If I purchase itunes music for my Ipod can I also use the same music for my non-Ipod MP3 Player?

I have bought music from itunes for my ipod will it work if I use the same songs to download on my Sandisk Sansa too? Just wondering ? Or do I need another mp3 music program for that?

No for two reasons. The first one is that itunes music is stored in an mp4 format that cannot be played in mp3 players. If you wanted, u could convert the file to mp3 but this brings up the other problem. The majority of itunes music is still drm protected, preventing you from using the music from any program or player other than itunes. There are hacks out there for removing the drm. So by default its not allowed but it is possible. Do a google search, you will find the solutions i mentioned.

  2. it should say if its itunes compatible, otherwise no, but there is a program called yamipod, and another i think is called mojo, which will pull everything off your ipod and make it a normal mp3 which would probably work
